Novotel Ambassador Seoul Gangnam, Seoul

The hotel rooms are nice and modern, with a great professional gym for a full workout. Although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, they are still big enough for two medium-size suitcases and have plenty of space for walking. The service is super polite and accommodating, although there was a regretful experience with the return journey. The location is perfect, with easy access to Gangnam Square and within walking distance of metro stations, convenient stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. The dining experience was good, especially for a 4-star hotel, with an excellent shabu shabu option available.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were just what we wanted, clean, comfortable, and a good value. The service was top-notch with very accommodating and genuine attitudes, especially in the Premier Lounge. The location, while a tad far from some attractions, was fantastic in the center of Gangnam with plenty of restaurants around and close to the subway station.
